Once you've looked over my portfolio and imagined all of the details of your own personal story and how you'd like it told, the next step would be to choose your session type, pick a date, & book your session!
I picked up my first camera, a Kodak Disc Cam at summertime flea market when I was 10 years old, and I promptly lost it a few weeks later. But in those few weeks, I discovered a hidden joy within me that I never knew existed.
It took me a really long time to consider myself a professional, and it took even more time than that to consider myself an artist, but now I know and honor that part of me.
I know that it's not just the camera that tells a story, it's the person, place & emotion of everyone involved, co-creating together to capture memories as they happen, creating beautiful stories to enjoy later.
That's the thing about telling stories... there's a certain sort of fairytale like, whimsical elevation that needs to come along with them, and it's the same way with photography.
When we are busy being present, we often fail to notice the little things that make up the whole tale. That's where I come in, to capture those details & moments that will bring your memories to life as artwork, to cherish forever.

Ready to book?
NO problem. I have a totally hassle-free rescheduling policy. As in, there really isn't a policy! If Mother Nature decides today is NOT our day, we will find the next available date that works for both of our schedules. You will not forfeit a deposit. We will just reschedule and try again. But... let's keep an eye on those forecasts anyway, your evening session is yours and if the skies clear up it can still be yours. We will decide within 1-2 hours of your session time if we are a go!
Sometimes yes. Sometimes no. I ask that everyone comes prepared and ready for their session, and that includes having the best possible mindset and a good attitude about YOU! I can edit out bugs and power lines, and sometimes bulges and bumps as requested... but, positive self talk goes a LONG way. You are uniquely YOU, right now, while you're reading this, and while you're having your photographs taken. And you should love you, all of you, bumps, bruises and all! But the short answer is yes, I can do mild retouching as if a client asks. But please wait until you see your beautiful images before you ask!
To this I ask you... where do you love to go? What location brings you joy? What feelings do you want to invoke in your images? Do you like summer, fall, winter, or neon-green spring? The world is, as they say, our oyster. However, after being in the business of taking pretty images for the last 11 years, I have plenty of gems to suggest. Let's chat!
I want to show you right away! But alas, life sometimes gets in the way. Due to my own family obligations and my many interests, your images will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of your session, but usually not before. This gives me plenty of time to think about, overthink about, edit & re-edit your session before the final gallery link lands in your inbox. I know you're excited and it's hard to be patient... but... if all goes well and nothing catastrophic happens during those two weeks, you will get definitely previews while you wait!
Yes. All collections include unlimited access to the final, edited images from your session. Much like a baker wouldn't sell the ingredients for their famous apple pie, nor will RAW files will never be provided.
there is just something magical about them!
I just really like them!
